Market outline

Sniper detection in the urban battle scape is one of the 21st centuries most pressing problems for the front line solder, yet technology specialists have so far only produced systems that work after the sniper has taken the first shot.

These systems are generally acoustic based and although they work well and are reliable they will always have the inherent disadvantage of being an indicator for the survivors of the attack as to were the shot came from.

For some time now we have been working on the basic principles of a system able to map and display the hostile forces in an urban battlescape with out the need for the hostile to fire a single shot.

Using the processing power of modern computers and the equipment already fielded by an active unit, it is possible to create a none acoustic detection system that will provide a clear indicator map to the solder on the ground of the location and strength of insurgent forces around him.
